Call for Papers
The call for papers is now open and closes at 23:59 CET on January 15. 2025.
Proposals for closed panels must be submitted along with individual papers by the same deadline.
Researchers, scholars and students are invited to submit abstracts for the following proposal types.
Closed panels:
These are pre-organized sessions consisting of 3-4 paper presentations. Each presenter typically has 20-25 minutes to deliver their paper, followed by 5-10 minutes for discussion.
Roundtables:
These sessions are pre-organized discussions where a group of scholars (usually up to five) engages in a dialogue on themes or issues of broad academic interest, with an audience present. While participants may give brief contributions (5-10 minutes), the goal is to foster a dynamic debate rather than focus on individual presentations.
Individual paper presentations:
Individual presentations may be authored by an individual or a group of authors. Individual oral presentations are grouped into thematic sessions with several exploring a similar research topic.
Proposing an individual paper:
- Name, surname and affiliation of the main author
- The name/s and affiliation of co-author/s
- Paper title and abstract (max 300 words)
Kindly note that there is no restrictions on how many papers one author can submit.
Proposing a closed panel / roundtable:
- Name, surname and affiliation of the chair / organiser
- Brief outline of the session’s rationale and goals (max. 300 words)
- Panel individual papers with authors' names and affiliations
